Player Events API

Overview¶

This API allows you to retrieve the 20 most recent events recorded for a specific player.

Players must have an active membership, and they must have the relevant event types enabled in-game (see Privacy).

URL: https://secure.runescape.com/m=adventurers-log/api/v1/playerEvents/NAME - replace NAME with the display name of the player.

Format¶

Errors will return an error response and an appropriate HTTP status code; see the Adventurer's Log Error Handling section for more details.

Privacy¶

For an event to be recorded in the Adventurer's Log, the player must be an active member, and the relevant event type must be enabled in-game: Settings Gameplay Chat & Social RuneMetrics Event Log

These changes are not retroactive, so enabling one of these settings will not make older events appear, and disabling one will not make older events disappear.

Update delays¶

These events will appear without the player needing to log out. In most cases, this will be almost instant, but NPC kills and level-ups may be delayed as they are batched - e.g. 30 consecutive kills of the Kalphite Queen will show up as a single 30-kill event, rather than as 30 distinct events. The date field on the event will represent when the batch was added to the log.

The Adventurer's Log caches responses, so new events may not be returned by the API for up to 10 minutes.
